On September 18, 2025, GrowthIQ hosted the Twin Cities AI Fall Enablement Day alongside the Twin Cities AI leadership team, bringing together professionals from 94 different organizations for an afternoon of practical AI learning, peer discussion, and real-world idea sharing.

The AI Enablement Day program was designed to help organizations move beyond AI experimentation into execution. Sessions included a keynote on ethics in AI, a panel on enterprise AI deployment and change management, a technical breakout on LLMs, RAG, and enterprise architectures, and a showcase of real AI deployments that demonstrated measurable ROI through reduced cycle times, faster workflows, and lower costs.

One of the best parts of the day was how collaborative it felt. In addition to the speaker sessions, attendees had time to network, brainstorm with peers, and discuss the biggest barriers and opportunities they are facing in their own AI journeys. Live polling throughout the event captured hundreds of responses, showing strong momentum for AI adoption alongside continued need for better strategy, governance, reskilling, and organizational alignment.

On behalf of my co-host, Jessica Ryker, we had a blast bringing this event to life. Thank you to Improving for hosting, and to our Twin Cities AI leadership team, speakers, panelists, and attendees for making this community event such a success.
